Master of Business Administration (MBA) 

One Year MBA Description: 

Achieve a versatile MBA in just one year. This full-time program is designed for recent graduates, young professionals and emerging leaders across all majors and academic backgrounds. 

Professional MBA Description: 

This part-time program is designed around the busy schedules of working professionals across all industries. Students can engage and participate 100% online in real time from any location. 

Profession MBA for Leaders in Healthcare Description: 

Learn the language of business within the healthcare industry along with other healthcare professionals, and acquire the knowledge to solve today’s healthcare management challenges. 

Requirements: 

  • GMAT or GRE Score sent to the University of Kentucky (School code = 1837) 
  • Transcripts from all undergraduate institutions. Applicants should possess a four-year undergraduate degree (or its equivalent) with a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.75/4.0 
  • One Letter of Recommendation from an individual (e.g., professors, current or former supervisors, etc.) 
  • Professional Resume/CV 
  • Personal Statement 
  • Preparatory Courses or “Prerequisites” are required for candidates that haven’t completed coursework in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Financial Accounting and/or Managerial Accounting in their undergraduate studies

Master of Accounting 

Description:  

Accounting is one of the world’s leading professions. This program enriches skills in auditing, taxation, cost accounting and financial accounting. The coursework is designed for students to take the CPA exam with confidence. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 
  • Minimum undergraduate accounting GPA of 3.2 
  • International students must have a minimum TOEFL IBT score of 90, or IELTS score of 7, or score at least 30 on the verbal section of the GMAT exam 
  • 21 semester hours of the following courses completed at an accredited college or university: Financial Accounting (ACC 201), Managerial Accounting (ACC 202), Intermediate Accounting I (ACC 301), Intermediate Accounting II (ACC 302), Accounting Information Systems (ACC 324), Auditing (ACC 403), Concepts of Income Taxation (ACC 407)

Master of Finance 

Description: 

This STEM certified program prepares students for a professional career in the finance and banking industries. Students gain first-hand asset management experience by managing $5 million of real money and accessing real-time financial information. 

Requirements: 

  • The minimum undergraduate GPA requirement is 2.75. 
  • We accept either TOEFL or IELTS or DUOLINGO: minimum TOEFL score is 550 (paper-based) 213 (computer-based), or 79 (internet-based). The minimum IELTS score is 6.5. Minimum DUOLINGO is 115 plus an online interview. 
  • Minimum GMAT is 550 and minimum GRE is 300.

  • 4/30/2021 for international students and 6/30/2021 for domestic students for the Fall 2021 semester 

Master of Supply Chain 

Description: 

This STEM certified one-year program blends end-to-end supply chain concepts like strategic sourcing and channel management, along with big data analytics and cross-functional business knowledge, in order to solve real-world supply chain challenges. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75 
  • GMAT or GRE scores 
  • One (up to two) recommendation letters 
  • Current curriculum vita 
  • $65 application fee (domestic); $75 (international) 
  • Earned at least C grade in a college-level Statistics course (STA 296 Statistical Methods, STA 381 Engineering Statistics, ECO 391 Economic and Business Statistics, or equivalent)
