Complete quarterly competition analyses, land acquisition packets, and community shops to evaluate proposed communities’ market competitiveness considering current conditions.
Research and find demographic information, historical sales data, economic data, inventory analysis, and other data to forecast strategic positioning needs and identify trends in the housing market and land development.
Analyze data to complete miscellaneous analyses and reports as needed. Access internal data through programming.
Communicate effectively externally with competitors and data providers.
Present findings internally in a clear and concise manner.
Analyst will assist in five-year strategic planning.
Demonstrate creativity by finding new and/or enhanced solutions, within Fischer Homes guidelines, to new or recurring problems.
Act in the best interest of Fischer Homes, directed by strong moral and ethical values.
Professional analysis experience is preferred.
Analyst must be able to communicate results in a way that is easily understood by any audience.
Possess vision, organizational and extra organizational awareness, and the willingness to lead.
Analyst must be willing to take on projects independently and work as part of a team.
Impeccable attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
Sound judgment, strong desire to learn, stellar customer interface abilities, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to influence events and go beyond what is expected.
Use real data to specify a problem’s attributes as well as its organizational context before attempting to intervene. Analyze to root cause.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
