Republic Bank is looking for recent college graduates to join our growing team, starting on our after May 2021! Opportunities may be available in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:

Credit Administration

Analyze business risk to extend credits to grow our local communities. Example career paths: Commercial Credit Analyst, Commercial Lender/Banker, Credit Manager, Chief Credit Officer

Financial Management

Plan, budget and report the bank’s financial standing. Example career paths: Financial Analyst, Accounting Officer, Accounting Manager, CFO

BSA / Risk / Compliance

Provide sound practices to protect the bank and its customers. Example career paths: BSA AML Analyst, Compliance Analyst, Enterprise Risk Analyst, Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer

Required Skills

  • Qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Suite of Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Internet skills

Required Experience

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance
  • Previous experience within a financial institution is a plus
