Performs Information Technology tasks as assigned. Tasks include but may not be limited to carrying and moving large boxes with IT equipment, unpacking IT equipment, preparing PC and laptops for installation, installing PC and laptops, configuring applications, collecting inventory information, logging work into ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Also responsible for executing test scripts to validate workstation build is correct for Epic EHR.
