Alpha Kappa Psi

Guided by five core values, Alpha Kappa Psi focuses on providing ethical leadership and professional development. Through educational programs, community service, and a hands-on application of formal education, Alpha Kappa Psi students use the business skills they are taught in the classroom to acquire life skills such as the art of compromise, consensus building, project management, interviewing, and networking. The fraternity has grown to become the oldest and largest professional business fraternity in the world. With nearly 240,000 initiated members and more than 200 chapters, it is among the 20 largest college fraternities. The men and women of AKPsi reflect the world’s diversity and are united by a common interest in business. That being said, the skills that Alpha Kappa Psi are applicable to anyone’s career, and the fraternity welcomes students from any major. The UK chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi currently represents men and women from a huge array of academic backgrounds. While we provide our members with a number of intangible skills that will be useful in the workforce, we are also a tight knit group of friends and that brotherhood is as beneficial as the interviewing and networking skills that we gain. Alpha Kappa Psi is educational, but it is also a lot of fun!
