Job Summary
Our Co-Ops receive top-notch applicable training in their focused area of study and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that will challenge and grow them every step of the way! We are seeking a Fall 2024 Co-Op/Intern.

These skills will be used to:
- Assist in acquiring or filing necessary documents to assist in land acquisition closings.
- Provide support and assistance to the Legal Process Coordinator, Real Estate Paralegal(s), Legal Operations Manager, Real Estate Counsel(s) and General Counsel by obtaining and/or distributing internal documents.
- Depending on experience and capabilities, they may also provide general assistance with data entry and/or analysis regarding community takedown commitments and community association documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Study or related fields.
- Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
