What is the post-graduate program?
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on and real-world experience as you explore our career path of becoming a Financial Advisor. The goal of the post-graduate program is to prepare you to transition to a full-time Financial Advisor managing your own financial planning practice.
You will not only further develop relationships within the Louisville and Southern Indiana community but you will also have the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of others by helping them enjoy financially secure lives.
You will learn our business by working alongside our experienced financial advisors, Certified Financial Planners, and professional office staff. You will also experience and participate in our innovative, entrepreneurial, supportive, and growth-minded company culture. Here are a few other things you can expect:
- Outstanding graduating seniors will be given an opportunity to participate in an intense educational experience that could lead to a long-term career in financial planning.
- Study for and obtain your state insurance licenses and prepare for investment licenses and other certifications (Series 6, Series 63, Series 7, Certified Financial Planner designation, Wealth Management Certified Professional, etc.).
- Get exposure to tools, resources and training that can help you discover and develop market opportunities that could lead to a successful financial planning practice helping clients plan for their financial future.
